Hailing from Denmark, Torben left his architectural background and turned his passion for film and photography into a career. 

His music video, “Soy Yo,” for Bomba Estero has reached more than 60 million views on YouTube. The music video, which was written and directed by Torben, catapulted him onto the global stage. In 2017, he picked up a Latin Grammy nomination and a Young Directors Award at Cannes Lions.

Torben has directed films for brands such as Tuborg, Mercedes, Coursera, Marks & Spencer, Lego, PlayStation, Nespresso, 3M, and Samsung with agencies such as Callen, Venables, Bell & Partners, Huge Inc, FCB and R/GA. His work for Samsung out of R/GA New York features Ninja, the world’s viral top-ranked "Fortnite" player, and has garnered over 8 million views.
