Debuting at the Venice Days and screening at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), The Maiden is the debut feature film by Graham Foy (a.k.a. Fantavious Fritz). A coming-of-age story in which the magical is intertwined with the mundane, the film was profiled in Variety, garnered the Cinema of the Future Award at Venice, and was named Best New Discovery by The Guardian.
